Q & R: Emerging in Spain?

Here’s the Q:
I am a pastor and I am just now reading some books from Brian. I have a question: Is there any emerging Church or Association in Spain? Could I get in contact with someone able to advise me in the task of developing a church here in Spain? Thank you so much.
